First time in the store and I couldn’t be more pleased! I brought in some rough looking used bikes for tune ups so my kids and I can start a new activity together. The staff was so friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have had a better experience! I can’t wait to go back and get a kayak!

All the staff has been very friendly and helpful when I've gone in. I am a whitewater boater and here in North East Ohio there aren't many stores that carry WW supplies even though there are some great rivers and creeks in the area. I needed float bags for my boat as one of mine was damaged and was really glad to find a store that carries them in stock and local. We purchased a bike for my son here today. They were very helpful and took the time to make sure that the bike was the proper size and that my son knew how to shift gears properly. The owner takes great pride in his store and his products. We were told to bring the bike back in after a month of riding if there was anything that we wanted to have adjusted.
Great store! I’ve bought everything from a kayak, backpack, to camping food. The employees are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Support local businesses...so start here!
I have never been so disrespected at any establishment ever. Issue resolution needs worked on severely. I never once disrespected or spoke out of turn to anyone at the store to be treated so coldly towards. My bicycle replacement will most definitely be purchased else where and I will NEVER recommend or be back to purchase again. Be a little more professional next time.
