They sold us a house where the sunporch that spans the entire back of the house, Leaks. We pointed this out well before 30 days were up, 1or 2 weeks after the closing.Their only response was “oh, we didn’t know” although they did know because you can now see in the front of the room where they made a quick repair so we wouldn’t see rotted wood. The disclosure said new leaks and never been flooded. Never once have they tried to resolve the issue. Go to another company that actually cares about the buyer.
They do a good job with quality materials. Extended Warranty is over priced.
Alerting everyone this company does not honor or hold good business practices. Please be ready for deals to get pulled out from under you when agreements have already been established. I have never came across treatment of buyer like this. Multiple buyers in our group were not treated with respect. Buyers beware.
