I was notified by email that my subscription would auto renew. I tried to turn it off online but there isn’t anywhere in your online account to turn off auto renew. I called to turn off auto renew and I respectfully inquired why you couldn’t turn off auto renew when you can easily subscribe online. The woman on the phone was rude and hung up on me. It seems intentionally deceptive to me. The way the customer service agent responded adds to my suspicion. Make it easy to opt out of auto renewal.

Used to be free and easy to use. Im ok with paying the ever increasing price, but now its harder to use, login failures, locked out of my account, and the app is terrible. I sent a password recovery an hour ago and it still has not shown up in my email. If it aint broke dont fix it
