I purchased a 2014 Beta 300rr race edition here and the help were wonderful to deal with after they gave a run down on all the details in service another guy helped me load my bike and gave me some soft ties then shook my hand and introduced himself as the owner. Needless to say a year later when my dad needed a new bike he purchased his Beta Xtrainer here and once again received great service. Great shop with great help!
Bought one bike from them a few years back...got robbed on my trade in....was told my bike was a local trade, had an extended warranty, and they had all the maintenance records. Turned out there was NO extended warranty, they had only worked on it since the guy traded it in, and it came from Kentucky. Gave me $800 trade in on a DR-650, put brakes and tires on it, cleaned it up, and then priced it over $3K! The service department is the best I've seen! Troy & the other mechanics stayed open late on a Saturday night to diagnose a mechanical issue on a new sled that was purchased at a different dealership!
Great dealership. The support that Star 303 receives from them is phenomenal.
I bought a Yamaha grizzly 550 while attending the girls state A tournament in Spearfish. I love the machine, but what was better was the service from the staff. They go out of there way to make you comfortable and are great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new ATV.
