I researched and toured numerous RV sales locations. The staff at outdoor Living by far was the most professional, honest and knowledgeable of all. (not pushy like some who acted like car sells persons or phony) their customer service from sales to the maintenance folks is what made our final decision to purchase, even when we could have saved $$ elsewhere. .. Customers Service is always key....
I haven't bought an RV yet, but I would like to say the trick or treating experience was a blast, my son was able to go to every RV and get candy while I checked out all the RV'S , he got a large bag of candy without having to walk several blocks going house to house, very safe and fun, definitely doing again next year and telling my friends about it
Terrible customer service. I bought my RV from them Oct 2014, and am still waiting for things they promised. I really regret buying my RV from them.
