Frankie and his team plan of had a time so that the project went flawlessly. They turned an old decrepit outdoor fireplace into a show stopper that looks and functions much more than the original fireplace I had before. You certainly get what you pay for with his expertise.
We have the patio of our dreams, thanks to Outdoor Living! The Outdoor Living team recently completed a project for me which included a custom designed patio, fire pit with insert/accessories and pavilion. They encountered unexpected obstacles including thick tree roots and mud from excessive rain but pushed through and conquered the challenges. To resolve the drainage issue from excessive water they went beyond the original scope and installed a drainage system which has worked great so far. Let me start off by saying that I have a very high attention to detail and I tend to be somewhat critical of home projects. Frankie and his team were awesome from start to finish. There were certain supply issues that were out of his control but he always communicated with me and made my project a priority. Frankie adjusted to changes I had during the project with ease. I would hands down use him again for another project. This finished product was better than I imagined.
They did a great job cleaning and sealing our patio. It looks brand new! Thank you!
