Even though this company states that they do repairs, after being placed on a waitlist for 6+ months, when I reached out again about getting an appointment off the waitlist I was told to look elsewhere as they weren't interested in repairing my system (which was installed by Outdoor Lighting Perspectives by prior owners). My husband and I have worked with this company for about 15 years.They installed a whole yard lighting in our back yard. In the beginning we got great service. In 2023 we signed up and paid for a maintenance in May. We received our service the very end of December. By that time, we were not happy customers! The business model is awful. Brian & Stan installed a new transformer and got my landscape lighting back up and running with 35 upgraded LED lights. Later when one light failed due to wiring issues, they promptly fixed the issue free of charge.
