A couple weeks ago we purchased 8 trees from Bachmans in Lakeville. Because of the size of the trees, they needed to be planted by a contractor. Bachmans set us up for delivery and installation with Outdoor Innovations. We’ve never had trees planted before and didn’t really have expectations about the process. They recently planted two trees in my yard as contracted by Bachmans in Lakeville. The service was on time and completed as described. However, they cut sprinkler lines at both locations. The lines were not marked since nobody knew the routing, but my issue is that they were not prepared in any way to repair them. I would think that a landscaper has this experience often and should be prepared if it happens. As a result, I have to wait nearly three weeks for my sprinkler service to come and make repairs.
