Our project was the removal of an in-ground gunite swimming pool.Terry was extremely attentive throughout and was able to give us a favorable estimate for this project. His crew came before the project to prep and protect sensitive plantings. The excavating was subcontracted out. They did an extremely fine job of maneuvering large heavy equipment in very tight spaces.

Well this is the first time I am ask to put an online review on a business , and i have to this is actually a real please since the job and communication were great! As the project (two decks) moved along, I requested several changes be made. Terry was very easy to work with and receptive to our requests. The two decks were just what we wanted, and we would recommend Outdoor Ingenuities to everyone.

Outdoor Ingenuities was prompt and professional from the start of the process, providing the proposal along with a computer generated sketch. Work started as agreed and was finished as scheduled. The finished product was exactly as discussed with Terry and laid on the plans. Outdoor Ingenuities performed very professionally and delivered a quality product.

I am very pleased with the work Outdoor Ingenuities did for us, which included soil grading and other water control measures, yard cleanup, drainage pipe extension, pruning and removal of dead large bushes, etc. This is the first time in 21 years of home ownership I have ever used a landscaper, and it was well worth it, in fact I have already scheduled an estimate from Outdoor for future jobs. They might have great guys doing the work, which they should be getting all the credit, however they need to work on their customer service. No return call when their website says 24 hrs. It more like when they feel like calling you back.

They did everything I asked and more. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were communicative. They bent over backwards to please. They tackled a huge job that would have taken me days and did it in hours. They were quite professinal. - I was thrilled and would hire them again in a heartbeat!
