I scheduled a meeting with Randy to go over the details of several requested quotes. Randy was late for the meeting. I called after a week to find out when I would receive quotes. Alexis called back and told me that it would be a couple weeks. I called back after two weeks and left another voicemail. Now after three weeks I still do not have quotes and did not even get a second call back. Some of the quotes were for ASAP services.
