I joined OGF a month ago. Amazing community and coaches. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete you will be welcomed and get the highest quality workouts and health guidance.
Tough workouts with coach supervision. Sometimes it’s hotter than hell’s backside but we’re in Florida so that’s what we get. If ur into tough exercise than this is for u.

Super clean, fun, and professional spot! Everyone is really nice and encouraging. Boot camp atmosphere The instructors were very informative and offered corrections. Great place for people just starting out on their workout journey or seasoned bodybuilders !
