If you want your wife to eventually start cheating on you with coaches or other members this is your spot watched it happen to three of her friends cheating with coaches then come to find out she cheated on me with a member so by all means. I believe the gym itself is a good gym it’s just everything else that goes on with it

Definitely found this place at the right time in my life. I feel like I’ve known the coaches my entire life. It’s just that kind of place. If you’re looking to train hard and constantly be supported, this is where to be. No matter how big or small your goals are.

OGF is genuinely my favorite way to start my mornings. The staff are all friendly, encouraging, and always bring great energy. I am a runner, but have gained so much strength and confidence since starting OGF. Not only have I gotten stronger, but my runs feel easier and are faster than ever. Their programming is far beyond anywhere else in the area and is great whether you’re a beginner or professional.
