My experience started with Sandy the receptionist who is probably one of the best I have met .Tony took me down the path from there and responded to every Question I had ,came to the jobsite several times and was a great help. When the worker Bees came onsite they had everything they needed to do the Job ,did a great Job and cleanup after the job was great! They are very busy so plan ahead if you are in a hurry!
Got a bid for 62 feet with all new materials. Only got 51ish feet with 2 posts they didn't replace and reused section of top rail. I was sent a full bill. When questioned they deducted a tiny amount. They won't tell me how they came to this figure after asking 3 times for a breakdown. When I questioned the amount he stated that was all they would take off and it will be going to collections. Very rude when job is done. Not professional at all. I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone!
UPDATE: After reading the review, which I have to admit I thought I clicked discard after I decided to wait and see until I reviewed, Outdoor Fence called my husband apologizing over and over. They said they were adding an extra worker to our job to make it go faster. When they started the job, there was a man who by the way he carried himself (a good carried) and his confidence, made me think he might have been the head of the work crew. I had a small chain link fence put in to keep my dogs in the yard. It looks great!
Great Job! Had to install the fence down to the dry creek bed, over the rocks and then up the other side and make it look perfectly level from the street. Best looking fence in the neighborhood. Hate to have to stain it as the natural wood is so beautiful. Thank for adding to my garden. Judy
