We have used this company twice now for a back path and for out deck and both times have absolutely loved the work they have done!
Matt did a detailed and timely drawing and estimate. We love their work; it is very high quality. Highly recommend them.
I would not have work done again by Outdoor Escapes. The hardscaping they did was poor quality and wobbly and they planted trees way too close together and close to the house. They also planted perennials too late in the season, even when I questioned this and many died before spring. They were not responsive when I pointed out the problems.
Outdoor Escapes did an amazing job on my new paver patio and walk! From planning, estimate, tearing out the old patio, to clean up; everything was completed perfectly. I hired this company because they are professional, hard working and honest. Matt adjusted the plan to fit my requests and he always responded promptly when I had questions. I've gotten so many compliments on the finished patio! I highly recommend Outdoor Escapes.
Matt is excellent to work with! He answered all our questions; provided wonderful designs, and videos to back up his designs. He responds in a timely fashion, and the work done was very professional. We can’t wait to use him again!!
