Outdoor Escapes did an amazing job on our backyard project. We added concrete, a curved seating wall, some trees, a playground, and quite a bit of additional rock and stepping stones in preparation for adding stairs to our deck. The crew was timely, efficient, courteous, and I could tell they paid great attention to detail with their work. I had Outdoor Escapes install a french drain system at my home. I found that the catch basins lacked weep holes at their bottom, leading to stagnant water. I reached out to the owner with concerns that were repeatedly brushed off. I contacted the manufacturer of the catch basins, who said Outdoor Escapes did not install this catch basin system correctly. Edit: Including more details on the mess Outdoor Escapes left us with. Matt & his team were amazing to work with! They were professional, did quality work, and worked pretty quick. They also cleaned up when they left. Matt (the owner) is such a good guy he even sort of become the general foreman for our whole project of putting in a pool even though he only did the landscaping part. The pool (and landscaping) has already been enjoy for numerous get-togethers. We have used Outdoor Escapes for several additional projects and will continue to call on and use them in the future!
