i contacted the company regarding returning some boots i had and asked for a shipping label to be sent to me. They would not send a label and told me that i had to send back at my own cost. the person i talked to on the phone was very pleasant however what i needed from them was not met. The website was easy to navigate however alot of the products were out of stock and no date of when they would be back in stock again
