Many of the reviews on here appear to be fabricated. Look at the dates....seems like the company is trying to do damage control.
I ordered a jacket through amazon.com from here for 132.00 and only got back 96.00. Really? Wow! Contacted the company and they say that amazon allows them to do this by charging a 20% restocking fee. I contacted amazon and THEY contacted the company which stated again that they are not refunding the full amount. They jacket was too large and I sent it back at MY COST with tags still on right after I tried it on! So you're telling me that it cost you 36.00 dollars to put a coat back on the shelf???
