This was the worst service I’ve ever seen! They took our lawnmower in for service and told us they would have it done by that Friday. We received no call. We waited till the next Friday, because we realized there was a holiday. We called again the and they didn’t even have a ticket. They lost it! But they’d give us a call back. Still no call.
