Outdoor Concepts Design and Landscaping transformed our backyard with a beautiful landscaping design. Their creativity, expertise and professionalism were evident from the first meeting. Communication was clear and they paid great attention to every detail. We love the final result and will definitely use them again for any backyard remodeling.
I want to provide an honest review of our experience with Outdoor Concepts and rationale of why a 4.5-star final product receives 4 stars in our book. Overall, the final product looks great and mostly meets our expectations. In fact, from the ground - it looks 5-star. The sub-contracting crew got a little sloppy and dented up some of the paneling on the roof, which cannot be seen. They "fixed" it by hammering it out (more on this later).
