Had Outdoor Appearance treat my lawn 6 times a year. Had them for a few years and at first things seemed to be good, but then my lawn started to have weeds and got worse as time went on. Saw the owners once when I initially made a contract with them and once again after I asked Betsy to come out because of issues with the yard. Other than that, contact was mostly by text and not in person even after the weed issue continued.
