I was shocked by how incredibly rude a staff member was to every camper he spoke to. I don't know how this place could get repeat campers while having this man on staff. We watched him berate children and adults alike, repeatedly, like a grown bully. I understand having rules and expectations but the way you speak to customers matters and he was downright nasty.
