They did a great job for us opening and closing our system for years. We did a lot of landscaping and tore up part of the yard, when it came to major repairs they completely failed. They have no communication between there staff and after a complete season our irrigation was still not fixed. They called about a spring opening this year and never heard back from them. It’s kinda a bummer, I always try to support local businesses. I’ve moved on from this company
Outdoor Accents did an outstanding job this year creating a beautiful, Christmas vision. They are very responsive and react quickly to any ideas or changes we had. Job well done!
Where do I begin: Answering the main business number for customers and responding by saying “I’m not actually at work right now”. Insinuating my call yo inquire about services is an inconvenience is rather alarming. It felt like your were answering a personal phone line versus running a business. Be Aware: if you’re looking for professionalism this isn’t the company for you.
