My therapist, Hailey, is always positive and encouraging, and it’s so nice that she can come to me, since my injury makes driving out of the question for now. Don’t get me wrong, I know I have to keep up my end of the work to see progress, but she makes knowing what I need to do easy and never anything I can’t handle. Outcomes is definitely recommended!!!
Nancy has been assisting my husband for over a year. He had 3 hip replacements within a few weeks. At 70 yrs old, I was worried about how he would recover. From the first visit Nancy knew exactly which exercises and level of difficulty were right for him. She became a member of our family. Always pushing him, but with knowledge and expertise. Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about her!
Jessica, the Outcomes Therapy physical therapist assigned to me, has worked wonders in my recovery. My son and my neighbors have all remarked how quickly I have recovered complete mobility, especially for someone who is 83-years-old. In a little more than a week from now I will be taking a 400-mile bus trip by myself to celebrate the birthday of a close friend and I owe it to Jessica and Outcomes Therapy that I will be able to do that.
Excellent service and the mobile option is extremely convenient, especially for those with a busy work schedule that makes it hard to drive to the clinic. I worked with Hannah (OT) and Russell (PT). They were both extremely knowledgeable and fun to be around.
Zach was an incredible therapist after my hip replacement. He was there to help me get back on my feet the day after surgery, and throughout the first two weeks post-op until I was cleared to drive and began outpatient therapy. I’m doing great today, and I truly credit a lot of that to his care and expertise.
