This place is wonderful. My therapist is the best. So helpful didn’t hesitate to tell me to call her at anytime. When I need my therapist the most they are there for me. They are super nice weather I’m in person or on the phone. Love my therapist and the staff.
I went to outcomes for help and someone named Sarah didn’t help me once so ever. she didn’t care about my feelings instead we are just numbers to these people. The front staff is rude, and if you’re looking to be rejected for therapy then come here. This place outcomes is an awful place that doesn’t care about your needs, only your money.
So far this is my second appointment with outcomes. I am very impressed with Lauren Jones. She is an amazing therapist in the office. Staff. Really nice people in there.
I had two appointments with this outfit---the first one, which was to be in person, I made three days ahead of time and the day of, when I called, I was told that the counselor was out at a training and that he had only told reception the day before ( why would this counselor not give ample notice to the office staff so that appointments wouldn't be booked for a time he would not be there?).
