I was inflating the floor panel in our Outcast PAC 1300. It’s about 95 degrees outside. As luck would have it, the bladder popped. A 5 minute call to these folks was all it took. A new floor bladder is on its way! Customer service doesn’t get any better!

Outcast Boats and their customer service team are fantastic! I had an issue with a Fish Cat 4 I had recently purchased while on holiday in the USA. I brought it back to the UK and used it twice but it developed a fault. I contacted Josh in customer service with an explanation and photos of the problem and within 24 hours, he had shipped a replacement to me which arrived a week later! Thank you Outcast, you've been brilliant and I would recommend to anyone!.
This is my nineteenth season with my Pac 1300. We have fished this raft in Alaska, Canada, Washington, Idaho Oregon and N. Cal. I leave it inflated and trailer (except the Dean). I clean it twice per year, lube the valves and zippers and keep it inside. Great boat!!! By far exceeding my expections. Handles like a sports car. Tracks, slides, and easy to hold in the currents.
