Broke my winch post of completely two weeks before our annual fall trip out of state. Newel was EXTREMELY helpful in guiding me to the right parts I needed to replace it. I ordered the parts at 9:30am and they had then shipped out by 10:30am the same day. Extremely helpful, fast communication and expedient shipping. Not that I would say I’m looking forward to it, but definitely the place I will be going to for any more parts I may need for my boat or trailer. At least I know I will be in good hands.
Going to outcast Watersports was the best experience. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are extremely polite and their customer service is top tier.
The communication during the purchase process was amazing I’m very appreciative of the staff here
