My wife and I were ready to part with out beloved 2006 Four Winns and started shopping for a boat that we could use for island hopping, hitting the sand bars and general days out on the water. I bought my Key West 244 boat from Outcast almost 3 years ago and it was a great experience. Subsequently, all of the additional work I got done there has always been done correct, and in a timely manner, as has been the same with regularly scheduled maintenance. They have excellent customer service, and Perry in the parts/maintenance department is a rockstar!
Great communication and service throughout. Perry is the man. They also always have every part I need when I call in for speciality parts when I’m doing the work myself
I just purchased Key West 239fs. I spent several days going between several boat dealerships and makes and models. After comparing between them all I made my decision on the 239 not just because of the boat itself but the customer service that I was given. I can spend my money anywhere but in the end it was how Ian and his team treated me and my family. I highly recommend them for your next boat purchase.
