Customer service and care is really great. The prices are also very fair.
Customer support needs a lot of work with this company. I ordered a carbon fiber hood in June 2021, it just arrived yesterday. It seems like they don’t have much control over the items you order because they are not in house items. So they are at the mercy of the vendors. That they can’t control but if they are taking orders they should have the decency to keep you up to date on the movement or non movement of your order. I was given an 8 to 12 week timeframe.
