Ordered a VIS carbon fiber hood. Waited for several months to finally get delivery. Hood was lightly scratched on the top in shipping (which isn’t their fault nor a big deal). However when I actually opened the box: the hood a different location of the hood has severe cracks under the carbon fiber weave from a defective manufacturing process. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. i ordered from them over 2 years ago and i still haven’t reviewed my product. when i reached out to them and asked them about it that’s when they informed me that the product was no longer available. when i asked for refund they ignored me and when i continued to email them again and again they told me my refund check will be issued to expect it in the mail. it is now 4 months later and i still haven’t received my money. Worst customer service in the world. Will lie repeatedly about everything. From shipping dates, to in stock items, they are as dishonest as I've ever encountered. Been waiting for my refund for over 4 months. DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS!
My order #17415 It’s been 7 weeks. When I order my items it said up to 6 weeks that it will be shipped out. I don’t wanna wait anymore I would like a refund for my order. I believe that it will not ship out for weeks and weeks. After looking at the reviews, looks to me this company are scamming people. If I don’t hear anything back I will contact my bank.
