Nice place for storage. Only problem I have is the price goes up. Started fairly cheap but now the prices are getting to high.
I just recently started renting my storage unit. The girls in the office are very professional and really nice. I'm disabled and can't walk good so I have to use a rollator to help me get around. The girls in the office scooted a chair closer to the desk for me. And was real accommodating. So far my experience with Valley Storage has been a good one. Pros...ease of access and grounds are clean, neat, and secure. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Cons...I wasn't informed at move in that insurance was required on the unit, wasn't charged for it at that time either. There is nothing of monetary value in my unit other than a few Christmas decorations. Also seems like there has been a price increase every year since I've been there
