The staff is always kind and helpful. The facility is clean and feels safe. I will use again in the future.
Worse storage facility I have ever used. They just kept raising the price because they know you don't want to move your stuff somewhere else.
The people that work there locally have always been wonderful, corporate, not so much.. The welcome package was a very thoughtful and unexpected touch but the continued raising of the rate soured my experience.
The facility is nice, clean, and secure but the constant price increases where unacceptable. I started with a 10x10 about 5 years ago for about $80 a month. I didn't take long until I was paying over $140 a month. I decided to downsize to a 4 or 5X8 and it was about $60 a month but it quickly became about $85-$90a month. Too expensive and quickly increasing rates is what drove me away. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind but they wouldn't offset what I had to pay.
