I was in the middle of moving and there was an oversight with my credit card. On the weekend I called even though they were closed and the management gave me a pass till Monday till we get sorted out excellent excellent customer service!!

A great place to rent from for many types of storage.
I got a storage unit with this place earlier this year prior to moving into my new home. I've emptied it out after moving into my new home and left 3 voicemails with Mark trying to confirm that I will not get charged for a unit I am no longer using. Still waiting for a call back 5 days later. If you want a responsive business owner look elsewhere.
