The 2 best waitresses I've ever encountered where at the Outback Steakhouse in Inverness. The 1st was approx 20 years ago. She was a college student. My next encounter was on 18 July 24. Nicole was everything a good waitress should be. You struck gold when you hired her. On a scale of 1 (bad) to 10 (excellent) Nicole scored a 10 +.

Husband's sweet tea was Visined because I complained to management when bartender changed a football game we had been watching for 45 minutes to NASCAR on a Saturday. I guess she thought the tea was mine but I was drinking a Rum & Coke. Management did NOTHING. All this after waiting 15 minutes for a booth in the bar when 5 were available then another 10 minutes before our waitress came for our drink order. Amazingly, the food was perfect this time.

We got right in (weekend) and were served our meal within 30 mins. Food was delicious.
After waiting 20 mins in line, and getting to podium, Manager told my family we would not be seated because we didnt have reservations? had to check in with some imaginary hostess outside the front door, who WASN'T there!!! and was only sent after 9 people complained @ the same issue. By then we were so pissed we left! So not only did we lose our place in line, we were never seated, Management is clueless and service horrid, you'd be better served at Dennys
We've been here twice and will not go back. It is far inferior to the one on Commercial way in Spring Hill. One of us had bad steaks both times we went. Service in SH was better, too.
