Ordered a Rib Eye which was flat as a pancake. No taste! Bloomin Onion was like onion strings. Never again!
Had dinner recently and ordered a filet Pittsburgh medium, which is the only way I can enjoy a steak. It initially came out medium but not Pittsburgh and I had told the server not to worry about it, I didn't want to make a big deal about it. The manager (owner), came over a few minutes later and insisted on making me another steak, just explained there was miscommunication in the kitchen.
