My husband and I took our son and his family to Outback for a celebration Tuesday night, May 17. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We have been to this Outback before and had a good experience. Not sure what happened, but we will NEVER go back. Out of 3 ribeyes, one was decent but not great, one of very tough and the other one that was ordered medium rare came back very well done. We sent it back. Came in Friday nite the 1st of April order chopped steak took a bite meat was spoiled sent it back got Alice spring chicken it was bloody in the middle! Wow what an adventure it was like the manager was affended by U.S. Telling him the truth. They gave us free dessert! So disPpointed after a long day at work this is what you get!
Ths was the worst experience I've had in a restaurant. Not only did we( my boyfriend and I) have no silverware through half our dinner, my house salad cane with no dressing ... I asked for ranch...onions. I asked for none. His samuel adams was hot... later when ordering another one come to find its broken.. hot beer served all night!!!! could not believe how the service was. waiter was on top of everything, did not have to ask him for nothing.steak was so juicy and cooked perfectly, did not even wait long for our food.the bread was moist and restaurant was very clean, bathrooms very clean. great place to go for good food and service.
Best Steaks in town. I love to take the family here. They have reasonable prices and my kids just love this place as much as I do. They have the best steaks in town and their salad bar is wonderful. So many things to chose from on their menu. I would definately go here in the future.
