I couldn't even get mast a steak, too chewy and I asked for medium rare. We didnt get bread till about halfway into the service. Only positive thing about lunch was that we got 3 bottles of Pellegrino for free
Food was terrible. My ribs were tough as nails and my wife ordered a medium steak which came out rare. We asked to have her steak put back on, but when it was brought back out was still rare like they didn't even put it back on. Our server was so overwhelmed by being triple sat he could barely keep up with all the tables he had. We won't be going back anytime soon.
Amazing hospitality, from the hostess Amani to Lauren the bartender. Fabulous service!
I love the restaurant and staff but the men’s restroom needs a changing table for babies. The ladies has one but fathers need to change their kids too.
Jules was our waitress and was AMAZING from the time they sat us to the minute we left. The steaks were done perfectly as ORDERED and the Trio appetizer was the perfect amount for 4 people so you didn't get too full. From the appetizer to the salad to the meal was the perfect amount of food. Definitely recommend this Kenwood location!
