The customer service was the best all year! Our server Mr. Edwon needs to be a manager. This guy didn't write anything down. He gave very specific times on when food and drinks would be out and he was correct. My family wants to come back next week, and we will be because of you. we like the ribs, but wanted to try the tuna, I've never had it, I did not like it, not because it was wrong, it just wasn't for me. the manager noticed I wasn't eating it and when we got our bill he removed it, not because they did something wrong, just because I didn't like it, I never even asked for money back.

We, a party of four, went to Outback expecting a decent meal. The place wasn't crowded at all but yet it took two hours to get some food, but sadly most wasn't what we ordered or it was improperly cooked. The Blooming onion was saturated in oil and could've been cooked in the amount of oil dripping off it. Two of the over priced steaks were over cooked from well to charred and a third steak was rare rather than medium. We prdered takeout and it was very disapointing as to the quality of the food. The potatoes were cold, 2 ot 3 steaks wsan't cooked as ordered. I ordered mine Med Well, which means to me that it is mostly pink in color. Mine was red which to me is Rare. Another steak was ordered Med Rare and it was mainly Rare. The other which was my son-in-law's was OK. He was hungry so anything would be OK. Over all we were unhappy with our meal.

NORMALLY WHEN THERE IS COMPETITION U MAKE SURE YOU'RE ON YOUR P'S QND Q'S BUT NOT FOR OUTBACK. AS ONE OF OUR FAVORITES WE ARE SAD TO SEE THAT AFTER MANY VISITS THEY HAVE BECOME LACKING IN THE FOOD QUALITY DEPARTMENT. THE ONLY THING I CAN RELY ON IS THE HOUSE SALAD.

Terrible – The worst place to dine in Douglasville! The food isn't that great; the service is the worst; and it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot. The only recommendation I would give this place is to close the doors and send the customers to another place.

Outback has some awesome food! It may be expensive but you definitely get what you pay for! The service is awesome and courteous.

Two Words - CHEESE FRIES! – Great place for family dining and great food! My kids drag us here for the appetizer menu - Cheese Fries! Usually sets us back about $60+ for a family of 4 with appetizer, drinks and entree each.
