We were there for dinner last night worst meal have ever had at Outback food was cold shrimp burnt sent back 2 times totally ridiculous never even got to eat the meal on the 3rd time said no I am not waiting for another 30 minutes to get to eat both mine and my wife's meal was unacceptable!
Went to dinner there last Friday night and the fire alarm with a strobe light was going off the whole time we had dinner. I went home with a headache. I thought they would at least gave us a free drink for willing to stay and deal with it. Maybe a free appetizer to come back again. But all I got was a headache.
Worst service I've ever received at a restaurant took three hours to get my meal served and out and when it came it was cold and the waiter was short and snappy and rude
Your server Bret is absolutely AMAZING!! We come here often and he is always on point through out our whole meal. Thank you for great service Bret. You're the best employee at Outback hands down!
We've been to this Outback a few times and never had a bad experience. Steaks always taste great and we both love the seasoning and/or marinade they use. Had a top shelf Margarita that was awesome. Prices are a bit high but not as much as say Sayler's Old Country Kitchen and Outback's steaks are much better in my opinion. The last couple visits they've seated us in the bar area and the bartender has waited on us. He's always prompt and pleasant and we get good service. This place get's my recommendation!

Was told they don't have to honor the tv commercial advertising steak and lobster tail for $14.99 at ALL outbacks.... but they would give me a discount on their steak and lobster.. and it would be a smaller portion. . So I ordered a regular cheeseburger. . It was burnt.. The buns were burnt.. only thing on it was 7 shreds of lettuce and 1 piece of pickle nothing else.. not even close to what ordered. . Some of the worst service I have ever gotten there. Steak was over cooked and cold, appetizers were cold. We asked for ranch which is supposed to come with the app and it took 15 minutes for her to bring it to us. I am extremely disappointed. We used to go there all the time back when Larry was the manager.
