Yesterday, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at your bar. From the moment I walked in, the bartender (whose name I only learned because other customers called her) was extremely rude. She barely spoke upon our arrival and slammed the menus onto the bar. We visited this location around 7:30 PM on a Thursday in late August 2025. Unfortunately, we experienced numerous service issues during our visit. We ordered a Bloomin' Onion as an appetizer, which came out in reasonable time. However, our drinks were delayed by issues at the bar, and did not arrive until after we were nearly finished with salads. When I dined in prior to this order Our waitress Faith was awesome and the manager seated us she was very polite. Now I did a carry out order a bout a month ago or two called right back one order of my wings were missing.
