The worst. Was on hold forever just to get assistance with curbside. Website for this location was down & the list goes on & on with disappointments with this location. Customer service these days are horrific. So sad.
Disappointing Service Experience at Outback Steakhouse I recently visited Outback Steakhouse in Largo Md and had an incredibly frustrating experience from the moment I walked in. I arrived and waited about 10 minutes to be seated, but no host greeted me. After standing there for a while, I decided to approach the bar, assuming it was self-seating, only to be rudely told that it wasn’t, by someone who claimed to be the host. Asked for water and never got it, dishes were dirty. Asked for clean dishes, never got them. Just got up and left.
This outback has gone down hill. I’m so sorry to say. The service and my drink was amazing he only good thing. Ki Ki was my server and she was sweet. The lady with the gray bun and the lady with the French braids did amazing! However, my food was awful. Like not edible. I asked for medium rare steak … it came out well done and it had a funny smell and taste. Caesar salad was drenched in sauce, not even edible. Bread was 10/10 as always, but that’s free.
