Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor. – In Short Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin'... read more

yer kiddin – anyone who would give an outback more than three stars has never experienced fine dining. It is what it is, average food at average prices for average people.

great prime rib – The only problem I have with this restaurant is the quality varies from visit to visit and sometimes the service sucks. Sometimes the bloomin onion is served cold, too greasy or overcooked but when it is cooked right and served hot it cannot be beat. Caesar salad is consistantly good and so is the bread. The prime rib is 90% of the time great but some time it has too much visible fat.

Just not as Good as It Used to be... – Outback used to be one of my favorite places to eat. In Detroit it is a proven fact that if you want a consistantly good cut of prime rib, go to a local Outback. If you want a 16 oz prime rib with 4 oz of fat then this is that place for you! I've also moved to two of the other steaks on the menu and have been disappointed both times. Please be aware that... read more

Rowdy quality – I love the semi rowdy atmosphere of most Outback Steakhouses. Quality of steaks is consistently good - not the best I have ever had - but always good. Servers are usually laid back but good.

True Love – Outback steakhouse has the very best of everything! There meals could not include more! I would eat there everyday if I could! Everytime I eat there I feel at home and they are every kid friendly which I love! I have tried many other steakhouses and I always leave feeling cheated or riped off because of there prices and not eating enough food. I leave the Outback over stuffed and very happy that I went there and they are not over priced at all!!
