Enjoyed my filet but, louder environment than I'd prefer to dine in.
Outback is not one of my favorite places, the prices are high compared to what you get, but the Outback in Kennewick, WA, is an exception. We have never had a long wait time, the food is fresh and hot and the service is excellent every time we dine here. We love this Outback!
There was a time when I wouldn't believe that Outback could get any rating besides a 5! Today I think I am being generous in giving them a 2. The portions have gotten smaller, service gone down hill and quality of food has suffered. I know times are tough but the rudeness of the staff and poor service is unacceptable. This was our favorite restaurant two years ago but now we just drive right on by. If they can fix the staff problem then we might think about giving then another chance.
The most frustrating part of coming here is that the wait is always 20 minutes or more. It opens for lunch and dinner. I don't have a favorite dish here but the hubby prefers the ribs and we both like the blooming onion for appetizer. It's spendy for both of us to eat out and we rarely take the kids because they don't like the kid's menu anyway.
