Wow! The service in Greensboro, NC is phenomenal. Our server, Mr. T is very attentive. He has great communication skills and customer service skills. It was my first time at this particular Outback and I brought a party of 6. So you know it had to be special. It was. Thank you Mr. T.
Outback has a lookout towing cars so they can make money! This is terrible for them to make money off of customers for the strip mall. Their signs are not sufficient enough and are not properly placed.
My husband and I came on a Friday night to celebrate our 1-year anniversary and Chris (Manager) and Kelly (Bartender) treated us very well and made us feel special. They made the best drinks and really gave us a beautiful experience. We are forever customers!
Food was hot and good
To whoever owns this parking lot- how pathetic do you have to be to TOW anyone and everyone who parks here? My husband and I were parked for 30 minutes tops and came back to no car. Call to see about getting our car back and the scammers of Gotcha Towing want $427 in CASH. What kind of person could be that miserable to do that to good hardworking people? Sure hope you enjoy your cut. Have the day you deserve!
