Tonight I ate here for dinner and had a great meal. My server, Caleb was very friendly and did an excellent job. In fact, I observed another server in the same section, Kaitlen that I was impressed with also. Both attended to their customers very well. The food here is always consistent and delicious. Thee worst!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The slowest service ever and customer service sub par. Do not waste your time at this location. Whether delivery, dine in or pick up your order will 9.5 times outta 10 will be wrong.
I just had a horrible experience with your website. I spent 15 min getting an online order for delivery! I go to pay, and they it will not take my gift card!! So now I wasted 20 min and have to call the store to have delivery!! Have been sitting on hold for 5 min!!! No one ever came. Called back and was transfer 4 times and still didn’t get anyone.
