1/21/2016-Visited Outback at 5200 Monroe St., Toledo, OH around 2 PM for lunch. What a terrible experience! My mother and I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to show up, greet and seat us. There were customers in the restaurant, but staff was no where to be seen. Our first bloomin' onion was burned and we were given a new one once we complained.
