There should be someone waiting at the door to greet the customers. Waited for about 5 minutes for someone to show up. The gentleman in front of me stated to the employee (once she came) that he had been waiting for 15 minutes to be greeted. He then turned around and left.
Excellent service and food! This is a popular place to go for dinner, especially on the weekend, so get there before 6:30 if you can. The service is great! The restaurant is clean. There is music playing in the background, but never so loud I can't hear the conversation at my table. Everything I have tried on the menu--and I have tried quite a few things--is awesome!
