This was a takeout order. It was perfectly accurate and very on time. And very tasty!
Waiter was awesome
One of the best experiences we have had at the outback chain. All the food was hot and fresh. Great service even the hour before they closed. Very clean restaurant.
I was taken care of overall. The restaurant seemed busy, so I understand why I was on hold for about five minutes before someone answered to take my togo order. The person assisting me seemed unfamiliar with parts of the menu, which made ordering a bit difficult. I also had trouble understanding some of what was being said over the phone, so communication was a challenge. Additional training and clearer communication would make the ordering experience smoother for customers.
