Best customer service I’ve ever seen. We came on a Monday for my husband’s birthday. Everybody was so friendly and polite. Food was so good and came out super fast. My 5 year old even said he wanted to come back for his birthday which is in December. We will definitely be back!
The Outback is ok. The steak was tender but lacked flavor. The side choices are limited and not flavorful either.
If out back is trying to be like chili’s this is it . She sad to see the food go down hill like this . They said that all outback’s will be like this. Well all I can say is I don’t go to eat at Chili’s either.
Food was dependable as always. Service was abysmal. Our server showed up to take order, and drop off drinks. No checking in at all, and he literally just stood around the door by the kitchen the entire evening. No taking glasses or plates away, no refills. Nothing. If I’m paying $100 for my family of four to eat out, I expect an enjoyable, relaxing experience. This was anything but. Manager dropped off food and organized refills, but we never saw him again. Overall, a very mediocre experience.
