Sat in ToGo checked in for over 13 minutes while others around me drove up after me and received their orders before me.
Lazy & terrible customer service. They refuse you service if you don't allow them to "scan" your ID. Claim was it is a Corp policy, it is not! I was at a different location 2 weeks ago, definitely not a Corp policy! Disgraceful behavior. And they were rude about it. I decided to go to the very friendly Mexican restaurant next door. No issues there!
