Husband son and I stopped in for lunch. My husband had the shrimp with rice, I have the Blooming Onion chicken with rice, my son had a cheeseburger with fries. Food tasted great. The chicken was really tasty and cooked perfectly. Husband loved his shrimp and son was very happy with the cheeseburger and french fries. The rice wasn't the best. They got rid of there best cuts . And the place is ready for an upgrade. Service was good and apps were ok..
*Update, still no prime rib, probably not coming back.* Used to be my favorite restaurant until they took prime rib off of the menu. If you want good Prime rib and good service go to Black Angus. I would give Outback negative stars if I could. And the fact that I have spent every birthday for the last 30some years celebrating at Outback and no one reach out about my experience means Prime rib is still not back on the menu... terrible business model for a steak restaurant to no include prime rib on the menu....
My steak was overcooked. Blooming onion was burnt. My wife ordered ribs, they too were burnt. The wedge salad was great. The booth padding was cracked, full of holes and very uncomfortable The staff was very nice. I don't like to give bad ratings but when you don't go out for dinner very often you want it to be at least okay. It wasn't.
