There's always an extremely long wait time for food, the service is awful, and the establishment itself just seems dirty.
Not that outback is an exceptional place to begin with, but come on a fast food restaurant anywhere in the world does a better job that the Outback on West End. Not only do they serve you dirty glasses and groan when you ask for clean ones, but they serve you dirty glasses and groan when you ask for a clean one! Even if i wanted to speak with "management" they are harder to find than the illuminati! Lets get one thing straight- Outback is WAY overpriced. That point is obvious and has been made. This review concerns the West End location. It seems as if all of the reject servers/bartenders from other restaurants work here. Exceptionally slow take out service is to be expected, and bad service at the bar seems to be the norm. Management? Take a hint from the reviews...
