Honestly I see now why Outback is closing locations left and right. Blooming onion was quite the disappointment. By the time i realized the center had still been uncooked with raw batter still on it I stopped immediately. The outside of the onion was overcooked as if the oil were too hot or not changed in several days.
Steak was to tough to eat shrimp were way over cook wasn't even offered a a refund but won't do this outback again
