We ordered curbside pick up and our to go server, Inayah, was such a delight! She came out to check on us, while we waited on some food she was very apologetic on the delay and offered us bread and water while we wait! And as always, the food was delicious!
First of all after we were seated. We were told someone would be right over. The table that was seated after us was taken care of first. Then a young lady came over and stated that this isn't my area but I will be you waitress. Why did I need to know that. It made us feel like we were putting her out for coming in. Easy to do online call ahead seating, very nice server, cheese fries barely had toppings on them, salad came out and had to wait for soup. Just ok service this time.
My wife and I had a terrible experience at Outback! My wife ordered a burger with NO lettuce. I ordered the advertised 18 oz Ribeye, MEDIUM RARE. The burger came to our table loaded with lettuce! My so called 18 oz Ribeye was less than a quarter inch thick and was WELL DONE!!! The waitress said, “I’ll take the Bloomin Onion off the bill? The Bloomin Onion was fine!
