Went for a delmonico steak. After waiting for our server for 15 minutes we got up and walked out and went to Long Horn. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Our server is a talker, we had him before. It's good to talk to the customers and be social but there is such a thing as too much. Because of his lack of awareness and or training on how to provide good but quick customer service, a sale was lost and maybe a long time customer. Steak tough. Baked potatoes cold NO steak sauce. Server Liz very nice!!!
I loved it. My girlfriend and I relived our first date. It was wonderful.
