I brought my family to Outback Steakhouse for Mother’s Day dinner, expecting a pleasant experience with my loved ones. Instead, we were met with unnecessary inconvenience and extremely poor customer service. In addition to the parking spaces that are permanently designated for To-Go orders with posted signs, the restaurant had also temporarily claimed approximately 8 additional spaces that are normally available to dine-in customers. Ordered door dash, everything was fast, fresh and hot.
Laid back relaxed atmosphere.
The food was excellent, and the staff was all friendly. The manager, Matthew, noticed a small issue with my order and addressed it immediately. They replaced my steak before I even realized there was a problem. Our server Alison was helpful, friendly, and efficient as well. Everyone in my party loved their food, and I appreciated that all the steaks were cooked to our requested temperature because I’ve been to several different steakhouses where they always overcook it, but at this location, it was perfect.
